Privacy Policy

As part of our service, we require your personal information to specifically identify you, manage our clinic appointments, inform us about the range and safety of potential treatment options suitable for you, and order prescription medications where applicable. We may also use some of those details in order to send you information about products and services that may be of interest to you, in ways that you tell us you wish to receive that information, such as email, social media or telephone. 

Your basic personal details are used within our electronic clinic administration system and shared with our suppliers (pharmacies) where there is a requirement to do so in order to complete your treatment.  We may use your data (with your consent)  to inform our own marketing campaigns. We do not pass on any clinical information, nor do we pass you information on to 3rd party services which are not related to your care or our ability to deliver that service to you. 

We are required by law to retain clinical information for a period beyond the treatment period.  Outside of this requirement, you have the right to withdraw your consent for us to hold that information for marketing and appointment management etc.  Should you wish to complain or withdraw your consent, you must do so in writing or email ( such that we can confirm your identify and your wishes. Upon receipt and confirmation of your request, we will immediately delete the data we are not required by other laws to retain.
